* A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is due at the time of booking for a mini session. For the HEADSHOTS, FAMILY, OR SENIOR package, a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is due at the time of booking.
** HEADSHOTS/FALL OR SPRING MINI packages are good for up to 5 participants. If you have a larger family, or several small children, please contact me so that we can schedule a full hour session!
*** Anything over the allotted time will be an additional fee of $50/half hour.

Yes! I am always down for a road trip. Any travel greater than 30 miles outside of 27587, will incur a travel fee that is NOT included in the package pricing.
This is probably my most asked question leading up to a session, and trust me, I get it! Knowing what to wear for your photo session can be a little overwhelming, especially if you have kiddos to think about as well. These are my top three tips for picking your outfits for your photo session.
My number one tip is to coordinate your outfits, but don't match your outfits. Find a color tone that appeals to you and weave that into the outfits everyone is wearing while also incorporating some neutrals to balance your overall look. Don't be afraid to combine different textures, patterns & layers to add some interest to your outfits.
Second, these photos are a representation of who you are, so although I want you to feel beautiful, I also want you to feel comfortable. Wear something that you feel great in, but also don't mind spending 30 minutes to an hour running around in to get amazing images. Keep in mind the season, temperature, and location.
Lastly, don't be afraid to use fun accessories to mix up your photos. Bring a hat or a jacket that you can easily put on or take off so your photos feel different and have variety.
Delivered photos - Yay! The fun part :) I will send you a link through email to an online gallery where you are able to download all of your images.

Yes, of course! You are welcome to share your images online. I just ask that you please do not alter or crop the images in anyway. If you share a photo on social media, please tag my business page, @ReflectionsPhotographybyLauren , to share the love.
Weather can always be stressful leading up to a photo session. Of course we all want a beautiful, sunny day for our session, but it doesn't always work out that way. I will always touch base with you a few days before your session to check in, send location reminders, and to open up a conversation about how the weather is looking. I will not make a final call until the day of our session because the weather can change so quickly.
If it does end up being too rainy/miserable during our session time, I will offer a few makeup date options to you so we can reschedule our session for (hopefully) a better weather day. I promise that imperfect weather will still result in beautiful images and an incredibly fun session!
When booking a session, a $50 deposit (mini session) or a $75 (full session) is due upon booking your photoshoot. This can be sent via Venmo. *NOTE - Deposits are non- refundable. They are in place to hold your date and prevent last minute cancellations. We all know how precious time is!
Deposits can be transferred to a new date for cancellations due to weather or illness. Session balances are due the day of your photoshoot.
Clients are able to pay via Venmo or will be emailed an invoice in which you can pay through Credit or Debit Card.
I do not give out the RAW files or unedited images. They simply do not represent my work or my brand.
Additional photos can be purchased for $10/photo.
Albums will stay on the website for 30 days so please try and download as soon as you view them. After 30 days, they'll be removed from the site to free up storage. Should you need them after the 30 days, it'll be a fee of $50.
Dogs are welcome, but because of the limited timeframe, please include only very well behaved pups.
